Gross Gutter Cleaning did a phenomenal job with my gutters, I have numerous, big, mature trees that always fill my gutters so frequently that it is hard to keep up with gutter maintenance. They were so bad this time that I had weeds and plants beginning to grow! They removed all the debris, used a garden hose all the way up on my 3rd story roof to flush and confirm good flow, and repaired a small section of gutter at a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend highly enough, well done.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tim and Shawn were awesome in cleaning our gutters. When they show up they immediately get to work. They cleaned the gutters leaving no debris behind. You didn't even know that they had been there other than the gutters no longer overflowed during the next heavy downpour which took place days later.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I do NOT recommend.  Very disappointing.  They flooded three rooms of the house, and took no responsibility.   I paid for my son's gutter cleaning in his new home.  I called in November, but because they were backed up, and then the big freeze, they got there mid-March.  They came mid-day and when my son got there in the evening three rooms were flooded.  Apparently the outdoor faucet was faulty, but as soon as one turned it on, they could see that the water was spurting everywhere. including into the house.    Instead of stopping work immediately (which should have been OBVIOUS), they continued, and then were very rude when we complained.  First my son talked to them, not asking for anything, but expressing disappointment.  They were rude to him taking no responsibility.  I paid the bill, but sent a note that I was quite disappointed.  Instead of "no answer" or an apology, they sent back a very rude letter saying that the homeowner should have known the faucet was defective and they -- Gross Gutter Cleaners -- hadn't done anything wrong.  I went from disappointed to deeply insulted.  If they couldn't at least apologize, they shouldn't have said anything at all.
